Smart Doc Scanner (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is developed by Srikanth Reddy Aitha.

Our app is designed to scan documents using your device’s camera and convert them into PDF files.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data or scanned documents on our servers.

The only data used by the app is:

  • 📸 Camera Access — used only to capture documents for scanning.

  • 💾 Storage Access — used to save scanned images or PDFs locally on your device.

  • 🌐 Internet Access (Optional) — may be used for displaying ads via Google AdMob or for app updates.

2. How We Use Information

  • To scan, crop, and enhance documents.

  • To allow you to save or share scanned PDFs.

  • To display ads (via Google AdMob SDK).

We do not upload or store any documents on our servers. All your files remain safely on your device.

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads.
AdMob may use anonymous identifiers (such as advertising IDs) to deliver personalized ads.

4. Data Security

We value your privacy.

  • No scanned documents are sent to external servers.

  • All files stay locally on your phone unless you share them manually.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Any changes will be reflected here with a new "Effective Date."
